Pupilsfollow an integrated course over the 2 years which lays thefoundation for further study in any of the individual sciences.
The course is designed on a student-centred learning format.Pupils work at their own pace in small groups through each unit.There are core activities for everyone and extension work for boththe more and the less able pupils. Scientific and problem solvingskills are built in to the current course and, to supplement them, wehave introduced a new unit on micro electronics. All units havehomework booklets.

Students can study Biology, Chemistry and Physics at Higher andSixth Year Study levels. In addition we also offer a wide range ofSCOTVEC modules to provide progression routes to Further and HigherEducation.
