AGREEMENT

1. The software and materials situated on the Web site are for evaluation purposesonly.

2. It is permitted to install and run the software on as many single or networkedcomputer systems as required provided that installation is only carried out oncomputer systems belonging to and held within your Council.

3. You may not distribute copies of the Web site materials outwith your Council.

4. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble orcreate derivative works based on the software.

5. You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on thewritten materials.

6. SCET retains title and ownership of the software and materials diostributed via theSCET Web site.
