New site of interest to Primary School Teachers:
Oxford READING TREE

This Internet site will be of great interest to teachers, parents and those involved in teacher-training and developing literacy.

URL: http://www.oup.co.uk/ort

The site provides information on OUP's Oxford READING TREE, the most popular reading programme in the UK for primary school children.

Oxford READING TREE makes learning to read fun - every story is a delight and the pictures are full of detail and humour. The skill and imagination of the author, Roderick Hunt, and the key illustrator, Alex Brychta, mean that children really enjoy the stories - as do teachers and parents too!
